Option 1: Delete Account Directly Inside the App
If you currently have the MZ Beauty app installed on your iPhone or Android device, follow these quick steps:
Open Mobile App
Launch the MZ Beauty app on your iOS or Android device and log into your account.
Navigate to Profile
Tap on the Profile tab located at the bottom right of the screen.
Access Settings
Select Account Settings → Privacy & Security.
Request Deletion
Tap Delete Account & Personal Data and confirm your request.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form
If you have uninstalled the application, lost access to your smartphone, or prefer to submit your deletion request via web browser, fill out the form below. Management Zone Company support will process your request promptly.

What Happens to Your Personal Data?
When an account deletion request is processed by Management Zone Company:
- Immediately Erased: Your profile credentials, name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, and wishlists are permanently removed from our active user database.
- Data Anonymization: Any past analytical logs or aggregated statistics are completely unlinked from your personal identity.
- Retention Exception: Transaction or tax records (if applicable) are retained solely for the duration mandated by applicable statutory laws, after which they are purged.
- Processing Timeline: In-app deletion requests take effect immediately. Web-submitted deletion requests are verified and completed within 7 business days.
